Well, as we mentioned before, we were having difficulties getting the Dinosaur to connect to the internet. At first, we worried that the wifi card in it might have been fried in an electrical storm in which it was present under its past owner.
Gladly, we found out later that this was not the case. The new operating system we had installed was having trouble accessing the wifi card was all. We just hardwired the computer into the internet with a 14 foot cord and downloaded a software modem driver that let us access the wifi card.
After about 3 hours of "patiently" waiting for the download, the wifi card was ready to use and the dinosaur was one step closer to arriving in the modern age.
Stay tuned for part three of fixing the dinosaur!
